Hamilton (10-13-1 overall, 7-9-0 NESCAC) finished in a tie for fifth place with Williams College in the conference standings. The Continentals earned the No. 5 seed for the championship thanks to a better record against the top four teams in the final regular season standings.

The Continentals lead the all-time series, 15-12-1. But the Bantams are unbeaten in their last 12 games against Hamilton, incuding 3-1 and 3-0 wins  at home on Jan. 20 and Jan. 21. Last year, Trinity defeated Hamilton 3-1 at home in the NESCAC quarterfinals.

Forward Katie Zimmerman '13 leads Hamilton into the weekend. Zimmerman tops the NESCAC with 17 goals and ranks second with 25 points. Becca Hazlett '13 is 10th in the conference with a .907 save percentage.
