Hamilton College posted 9-0 non-conference wins against Utica College and SUNY Plattsburgh at Hamilton's Gray Tennis Courts on Oct. 5.

The Continentals (5-0 overall) dropped a total of just three games in three doubles and six singles matches against winless Utica on Sunday morning. Hamilton won all six singles matches against Plattsburgh (3-6) in straight sets in the afternoon.

Four Continentals won two singles and two doubles matches on Sunday. Claire Keyte '17 prevailed twice at first flight doubles, including an 8-1 victory with Mira Khanna '15 against Plattsburgh that improved their record to 4-0 as a doubles team this fall. Keyte was a winner at first flight singles against Utica and at second flight against Plattsburgh. Khanna was a 6-0, 6-1 winner at third flight singles in the Plattsburgh match.

Winnie Tang '17 triumphed twice at third flight doubles and captured singles wins at first flight against Utica and at second flight against Plattsburgh. Emily Chan '16 and Anna Jaeger '15 teamed up for a pair of wins at second flight doubles. Chan improved to 6-1 in singles play this fall after wins at fourth flight against Utica and fifth flight against Plattsburgh. Jaeger was a winner at fifth flight singles against Utica and sixth flight against Plattsburgh.

Rachel Friedman '15 won both of her singles matches and is in seventh place on the program's all-time list with 37 victories. Friedman also picked up a win at third flight doubles against Utica. Friedman, Chan, Keyte and Tang lead the team with six singles wins each.

Alex Regan '17 posted the first singles and doubles victories of her Hamilton career. Regan was a winner at first flight doubles against Utica and at third flight against Plattsburgh. She triumphed at sixth flight singles in the Utica match.

The women's tennis team is done for the fall season and will resume their 2014-15 schedule in March.
