Hamilton College women's track and field athlete Muriel Schwinn '13 (Auburn, Maine/Edward Little HS) earned a spot on the 2010 New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) all-conference team based on her performance at the 2010 NESCAC championships on April 24.

The top three finishers in each event at the championships receive all-conference recognition. The meet was hosted by Tufts University at Dussault Track/Ellis Oval in Somerville, Mass.

Schwinn finished third in the long jump with a mark of 5.26 meters (17 feet, 3-¼ inches). A total of 21 athletes competed in the event. Schwinn set the team record in the long jump at 5.33 meters on April 20. She achieved that mark at Hamilton's Pritchard Track.

Schwinn competes in the New York State Collegiate Track Conference championships at Rensselaer in Troy, N.Y., on Friday and Saturday, April 30 and May 1.
