Hamilton College lost all four matches in a tournament at Williams College in Williamstown, Mass., on Oct. 3 and 4.

Jo Fier '11 was selected to the all-tournament team. The Continentals (6-12 overall) travel to Cazenovia College for another non-conference match on Tuesday, Oct. 7, at 6 p.m.

Fier recorded six kills, two blocks and two aces against SUNY Oneonta on Friday night. Amber O'Connor '09 led Hamilton with 10 digs and three aces. Kelsey Lawler '11 passed out 11 assists. Oneonta (11-12) won by scores of 25-17, 25-15, 25-12.

Lawler paced the Continentals with 17 assists, four kills and three aces against Skidmore College on Friday. Fier and O'Connor led the defense with 12 digs apiece. Kristen Selden '09 hammered four kills. Skidmore (15-4) won by scores of 25-6, 25-15, 25-19.

Fier pounded a team-high eight kills against Westfield State College on Saturday afternoon. Selden added six while O'Connor dug out 17 hitting attempts. Rachel Irizarry '12 served two aces and Leigh Sherrow '11 was credited with 15 assists. Westfield State (6-9) prevailed by scores of 25-18, 25-12, 25-11.

Selden put down nine kills against Western New England College on Saturday. O'Connor led Hamilton with 21 digs and Fier chipped in 15. Liz Reid '11 led the defense at the net with five blocks. Irizarry and Alex Singh '11 registered three aces apiece and Singh added six kills. Lawler handed out 16 assists. Western New England (8-9) edged the Continentals by scores of 25-22, 29-27, 25-23.
