Tufts University defeated Hamilton College in three sets in the NESCAC opener for both teams at Connecticut College's Luce Field House on Sept. 16.

The set scores were 25-16, 25-15 and 25-23. Tufts remained unbeaten in four matches this year. Hamilton (7-3 overall) takes on Conn. College in another NESCAC contest on Saturday, Sept. 17.

Meredith Nuber '14 led the Continentals with five kills and three blocks. Amanda Cohen '13 smacked four kills, and Anna Brown '15 posted a team-high 13 digs. Cecelie Pikus '13 and Sarah Pfund '14 were credited with six assists and six digs apiece.
