Zurich North America, a business division of global property and casualty insurance provider Zurich Financial Services Group, has named Hamilton graduate Brad Gow '86 as head of its Specialty Errors & Omissions groups.  As part of Zurich's Specialties business unit Gow will head a nation-wide team in providing Zurich's professional liability protections to a variety of vocational markets as well as managing the development of new products.  "Brad's experience in network security and technology E&O brings our customers a deep level of insight into the risks that are becoming increasingly troubling to so many professionals," said Seraina Maag, president of Zurich's Specialties business unit. 
Gow said, "New technologies and media create significant liability exposure for today's professionals. My goal is not simply to keep up with the risks our customers face today, but to anticipate emerging risks and develop solutions to address them."
Gow brings two decades of insurance experience to Zurich, most recently serving as Vice President of Professional Liability product management at ACE insurance.  Furthermore, Gow was co-founder of the network security and privacy consulting firm, NetDiligence.  Gow also held a number of positions with CIGNA, including overseas capacities in Bangkok and Tokyo. At Hamilton, Gow was a member of Chi Psi fraternity and majored in History.  Gow then went on to obtain his Master's degree in International Business at the University of South Carolina, Columbia.
