Jared Mandelbaum ’18, Mr. HOC, was the victor in the annual Mr. Hamilton competition, held on Feb. 17 as part of FebFest. FebFest, Hamilton’s annual celebration of winter, is underway with events planned each day this week.  Monday’s schedule includes a local beverage tasting in The Little Pub, a Grammy viewing party and a candlelit snowshoe walk through Root Glen.  More ...

FebFest’s annual Mr. Hamilton competition attracted a large crowd to the Annex on Feb. 11.  Mr. Football, Lashawn Russell-Ware ’17, was crowned Mr. Hamilton from a field of seven contestants.  Nearly $900 was raised at the event to benefit Alternative Spring Break.  More ...

Always a highlight of FebFest, the Mr. Hamilton competition attracted a large crowd to the Annex on Feb. 10.  Mr. Co-op, Kyle Thomas Burnham ’15, was crowned Mr. Hamilton from a field of 10 contestants.  Nearly $1000 was raised at the event to benefit Alternative Spring Break.  More ...

Febfest 'Meltdown' Warms Winter Chill

In keeping with this winter’s weather pattern of snow/no snow, the 2013 FebFest theme was “Meltdown.” The annual winter tradition took place Feb. 9-16 with events that included a CAB Acoustic Coffeehouse featuring Josh Ritter, CAB Comedy with Michael Ian Black, the 20th annual Chili Cookoff and the popular Mr. Hamilton contest.

An Embarrassment of Riches

FebFest, Hamilton’s annual winter carnival, celebrated Valentine’s Day with a chocolate tasting in Sadove Student Center living room on Feb. 14. Students piled their plates with chocolate mousse, chocolate cheesecake and other decadent desserts. They also had the opportunity to decorate Valentine’s Day cards for their sweethearts.  More ...
