Students in Hamilton's Program in New York in April attended a performance of the New York Philharmonic. They heard Chinese pianist Lang Lang perform the world premiere of Tan Dun's "Piano Concerto" and Stravinsky's "The Firebird." Students in the New York City Program recently visited the United Nations where they had a tour and lunch in the delegates lounge as part of a final student project/presentation.
