The Newman Council hosted its annual Trust Treat on Halloween for children from Thea Bowman House in Utica. Trust Treat is a Halloween celebration that brings youth from the Utica area, as well as the children of Hamilton employees, to the campus for a safe and fun evening of trick-or treating.  Students in residence halls, academic departments and campus organizations dress in costume, decorate their spaces and hand out candy to the visitors.

The Newman Council hosted its annual Trust Treat on Halloween for children from the Thea Bowman House in Utica. Named in memory of Eric Trust '92, this yearly celebration aims to give children a safe and fun Halloween experience.

A college student dressed as Ms. Frizzle – the red-haired and eccentric science teacher from The Magic School Bus – relaxes on a couch as she scans the room that was once just an ordinary common space for dorm residents. Now it’s been transformed into a haunted house, with the help of some jack-o-lanterns, cobwebs, fake spiders, pumpkins and plastic rats scattered across the floor.
