Hamilton College’s Caroline Walton '15 (Skaneateles, N.Y./Skaneateles Central School) was selected to the 2013 Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) National Invitational Rowing Championships women's all-conference team on May 21.

Hamilton College women's rower Caroline Walton '15 (Skaneateles, N.Y./Skaneateles Central School) was selected to the 2013 NESCAC All-Conference Team on May 17.

Hamilton College finished fourth in the varsity eight third final at the 2013 Eastern College Athletic Conference National Invitational Rowing Championships on Lake Quinsigamond in Worcester, Mass., on May 12.

Hamilton College finished sixth in the varsity eight final at the 2013 New York State Collegiate Championships, which were held on Lake Whitney in Whitney Point on May 4 and 5.

Hamilton College placed second in the women’s varsity eight against St. Lawrence University, and the rest of the races were cancelled due to high winds and unsafe rowing conditions on the Erie Canal in Rome, N.Y., on April 20.

Nationally ranked No. 15 Hamilton College finished third in the varsity eights behind No. 3 William Smith College and the University of Rochester on the Erie Canal in Rome, N.Y., on April 13.

Nationally ranked No. 10 Hamilton College raced Union College on April 6 and competed against Mount Holyoke College and Tufts University at Tufts on April 7.

Helen Higgins '13 leads nationally ranked No. 10 Hamilton College women's crew into races at Union College for the Gilman Plate and Cup on Saturday, April 6. The women have topped Union for the Gilman Plate for seven straight years. On Sunday, the team travels to Tufts University for more races. Helen is a team captain and three-year letter winner. She rowed in the varsity eight and varsity four races at Stetson University in Florida during spring break.

With Hamilton College on spring break from March 16 through March 31, the men's and women's crew teams are spending their break training in Tampa, Fla. Members of both teams will be writing about their experiences throughout the duration of the trip on the Hamilton Athletics website.

Hamilton College finished first in four races, including the varsity eights, against Stetson University and Tufts University on Lake Beresford in DeLand, Fla., on March 23.
