Many Hamilton students feel that they truly came into their own while studying in a foreign country. Others gain new perspectives on their studies while participating in one of the College's domestic programs. Most Hamilton students - 61 percent - study off-campus at least one semester. Hamilton's highly regarded programs are distinguished by their thorough preparation and total immersion of students in the academic and cultural opportunities at each destination, as well as the hands-on internship components of the domestic programs.
Hamilton's programs in the Adirondacks, New York City, Washington, D.C. and at the New England Center for Children in Boston provide students with opportunities to combine rigorous academic preparation with practical experience.
