Aaron Ray
Director
Aaron is responsible for the daily operation and delivery of all program services and the long-term vision and planning while serving on Hamilton’s Learn, Advising, and Hamilton Cares committees while working to build bridges with faculty and departments around campus to ensure that students in the Opportunity Program have access to all that Hamilton has to offer.
Brenda C. Davis
Associate Director
Brenda works to support students on every level. She maintains an open-door policy and is available to help students meet their personal, academic and social needs. The staff team policy is to "never ask for anything that we won't help you with."
Bette Ecklund
Educational and Supportive Services Counselor
Bette works closely with students, focusing on academic and personal success at Hamilton. She guides students in building their resume, brainstorming summer internships, exploring study abroad opportunities as well as time management and academic and personal needs.
Nicolette Lamascola
Office Support
Nicolette is the first face you will see upon entering the office. She is ready to help answer questions and assist students with what they need.
