Julio Monterroso '10 is one of six Hamlton students to receive a Class of 1979 Student Travel Award. Julio will pursue "A Photographic Documentation of Latino Culture in the United States" with a trip to New York City, California and Florida.

Linda DiBernardo '11 interned at  blackwalnut, a scenery production company located in Spring Valley, N.Y.
She was recipient of the Kevin W. Kennedy '70 Internship Fund for the Arts, which subsidizes students' summer full-time positions in the visual and performing arts.

Henok Alemayo '10 has an internship this summer at the Peace Institute in Indianapolis. Through the Institute, he is also working with Well Done Marketing and The Second Story, a nonprofit creative writing project for young writers in Greater Indianapolis.

Ashlyn Razzo '11  (right) and Alexandra Keyes '11, past stage managers for Hamilton College theater productions, spent the summer in Cardiff, Wales, interning at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. They worked alongside students and professors from the undergraduate and graduate stage management programs in Cardiff, preparing to go to participate in the Edinburgh Fringe Festival at Venue 13 for the month of August.
