The electricians and plumbers maintain the following:

All plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment of the college

Heating boilers and related equipment (pumps, tanks, etc.)

All kitchen equipment in the dining halls. All refrigeration, air conditioning systems and cooling towers on campus

All fire safety systems (alarms and sprinklers)
