The Wertimer House is located close to the Bristol Center, Skenandoa House and Wallace Johnson House. It features 20 double rooms for 40 first-year students. Two upperclass Resident Advisors also live in the building. The house includes a large living room, a large lounge area with cable TV, a dining room and a laundry room.
