Call to Order: 9:02 p.m.
Funding
No funding decisions this week
This is the 2nd year that we have urged semester-long budgets
i. The vast majority of organizations that submitted requests are all set for the semester
Committee Reports
Facilities
i. The painting of the crosswalks and the speed bumps has been delayed due to bad weather but is expected to be completed by Wednesday, October 21st
ii. There are more light switches in the Co-op than in any other building because it results in less energy use, so as other buildings are renovated the same will be done
Food
i. Will e-mail Patrick Raynard regarding food suggestions
Student Interests
i. Will be meeting next Monday at 8:00 p.m. in SCCT 3021 and hopefully with more merchants
ii. Working on making thank-you cards for COVAC, Kirkland Police, and the Fire Department
iii. Working on getting the New York Times back in Commons and McEwen
Social Traditions
i. Meeting this Wednesday in KJ 101 at 8:30 p.m.
ii. Fall Fest will be Sunday from 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
iii. If your organization plans on performing during Fall Fest, make sure that you have contacted soctrad@hamilton.edu
Diversity and Accessibility
i. Will be meeting this Sunday in the Science Center Atrium
