Visa Letter Form

Please complete this form if you need a letter verifying your student status at Hamilton College for your host country's visa process. The Office of Off-Campus Study will provide this letter on official letterhead.

It is the student's responsibility to apply for the visa in a timely manner by completing the application, collecting the required supporting documentation, and following the visa instructions. The visa process is set by your host country. Although Off-Campus Study may be able to offer some advice, the visa process differs for every country and is updated on a regular basis. Off-Campus Study is not familiar with the application process for every country. Your program provider is your best source of information and support. We encourage you to make your own checklist of items you need for the visa process and double and triple check that you are following the visa instructions carefully.
