Virtual Event: Q&A with Dean Keen about Hamilton's Open Curriculum
Maybe the idea of not having a core curriculum with distribution requirements is one of the things that attracted you to Hamilton. Perhaps the thought of students being in every class because they choose to be there (rather than being required to be there) was intriguing to you. But now you are wondering how that actually works, how you choose a major, and how your faculty advisors assist you.
Join Hamilton’s Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean of Faculty, Suzanne Keen, on Monday, April 20 at 7 p.m. for answers to these questions and more, regarding your academic experience and the open curriculum at Hamilton College.
Vice President for Enrollment Monica Inzer will pose your questions (either submitted before or during the event) to Dean Kean, who will talk about how we assist you in creating a program that meets your individual interests and goals, while also ensuring you develop into a critical and creative thinker, and a strong writer and speaker.
Please register by completing this short form, where you will be able to submit your questions in advance.
