Recent Natural Disasters

The Hamilton College community extends our deepest sympathy to the many students, families, and communities impacted by recent hurricanes, wildfires, and other natural disasters throughout the U.S. and the world.

We understand the difficult times that are still ahead for many, and that college applications may be the farthest thing from your mind. As an Admission Office that emphasizes support and access throughout the college search and selection process, please know we will be flexible as deadlines approach, and accommodating when necessary.

Our admission staff is available to answer any questions students, parents, and high school counselors have about meeting application requirements and deadlines. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis regarding extensions related to deadline or specific application materials. Please contact the admission counselor responsible for your region to let us know how we can be of assistance.
