Virtually Hamilton: International Student Panel Discussion
Moderated by Hamilton’s Director of International Recruitment Anna Wise, this panel will feature current Hamilton students from across the globe. We’re proud of the wide range of students from diverse backgrounds who are on College Hill. On our campus this past year were students from 47 states and 49 countries, with international students comprising over 6% of our student body.
We recognize you will have many choices in your college search, whether you decide to pursue a degree in your home country or abroad. To help with your college search process, we wanted to provide an opportunity for you to learn more about what makes Hamilton College such an excellent option for students from around the world.

Qiran Fan (Rex) ’23 is from Wuxi, Jiangsu, China. Rex is a prospective economics and psychology double major. Outside the classroom, he is a member of the Hamilton Saxophone Ensemble, an intern at Sanli International Education in China and an active participant in Japanese cultural events.
Joaquin Pacheco ’23 is from Lima, Peru and is a prospective economics major and French/statistics double minor. Outside of the classroom, Joaquin practices with the varsity soccer team, is an intern at United Way in Utica, and is part of the Finance Club e-Board.
Keshav Rai ’23 is from Mumbai, India and London, United Kingdom. He is a prospective economics major and government minor. On campus, Keshav is in charge of recruitment as a member of the e-Board for the International Cultural Association and is co-Host of the WHCL radio show “From Where I Sit.”
Molly Symmonds ’23, is from Toronto, Canada and is a prospective archaeology major. Outside the classroom Molly is a member of the mock trial team, Hogwarts@Hamilton and The Hamilton Lawn Games Society.
