*Students found responsible for vandalism will
be suspended from the College (10 points).
The only exception will be for students who turn themselves in
immediately. These students will receive
a minimum of 6 points and required to pay twice the cost of the repair, up to
$1000 with a $100 minimum fine.
Forgiving
Points: Three
points will be forgiven one calendar year from the date that the points are
assigned, provided that the student has not violated any college policy during
that time. If another policy violation
has occurred during the year, no points will be forgiven at the one-year
anniversary of the first violation. Any
new points from subsequent violations will be added to those from the previous
violation. Three points will be
forgiven, if there are no further violations, after one year from the most
recent violation.
