The Department of Hispanic Studies at Hamilton College invites applications for a tenure-track position in Peninsular literature and culture at the rank of Assistant Professor. Especially welcome are applicants who specialize in Golden Age or Modern Spain. The successful candidate must be an outstanding scholar and an excellent teacher in a liberal arts environment. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate a vigorous commitment to scholarship, for which strong support is provided. Periodic participation in the Hamilton College Academic Year in Spain program is required, as is various services to the department and college.
