A graduate of Fairfield University in Connecticut, McHale's studies at the Actor's Studio soon gave her the realization that she could make people laugh. It was not long until she became a regular at many of New York City's comedy clubs including The Comic Strip, Caroline's and Catch a Rising Star. Her improvisation career includes work with acts such as All Legs, No Brains, The Bottlerockets and N20 Comedy. She resides in New York City.
