Hamilton College quarterback Jordan Eck '13 (Rye, N.Y./Rye HS) was selected the New England Small College Athletic Conference offensive player of the week on Sept. 25.
Eck threw two touchdown passes and ran 4 yards for another score to lead Hamilton to a 24-16 win against Tufts University on Sept. 24. He completed 29 of 33 passes (87.9 percent) for 260 yards, and didn't throw an interception for an efficiency rating of 174.06.
The Continentals opened the season with a victory for the first time since 1992, and it was their first win against Tufts since 1991. Hamilton hosts Wesleyan University on Saturday, Oct. 1.
