Hamilton College French Professor Roberta Krueger will present a lecture, " Beguiling Beauties and Vanishing Maidens: Women in the Arthurian Tradition," on Thursday, Feb. 3, at 7:30 p.m. at the Cazenovia Library as part of its traveling exhibition, The Many Realms of King Arthur. The exhibition and lecture, organized by the American Library Association, are free and open to the public.

The Cazenovia Public Library is located at 100 Albany Street in the village of Cazenovia. The traveling exhibit traces the developments of the Arthurian legends from their origins in the Middle Ages to their latest adaptations in the twentieth century. It considers versions of the legend told in Britain, America and in other countries. It demonstrates the various forms in which the story has been told: poetry, drama, prose, opera, popular song, musical theater, film, to name a few. Krueger, the Leonard C.
