HAMILTON DEFEATS UMASS-BOSTON, 6-2

Six different Continentals scored as Hamilton (6-6-2, 4-3-2 ECAC East) went on to defeat Umass-Boston, 6-2, tonight in Sage Rink. The game was marred in chippiness and 20 penalties that culminated in a game ending brawl, resulting in the disqualification of five Hamilton players and five UMass-Boston player.

Senior David Webb and sophomore John Manley led the Continentals offensively with a goal and an assist, and junior Jake DeBoever stopped 30 shots for his second victory of the season. Mike Snuggs made 36 saves for UMass-Boston and junior David Graham recorded a goal and an assit to pace the offense.

The Continentals return to action tomorrow afternoon (3 p.m.) against league-leading Babson.
