
Four Hamilton College men's swimmers have earned spots on the 2010-11 New England Small College Athletic Conference all-conference team.
The top three finishers in each event at the 2011 NESCAC men's swimming and diving championship received all-conference recognition. Hamilton finished in eighth place out of 11 teams at the three-day meet, which concluded on Feb. 27.
Tom Cyran '12 (Chicopee, Mass./Suffield Academy [Conn.]), Jake DeConinck '11 (Windsor, Conn./Loomis Chaffee School), Taylor Hogenkamp '13 (East Aurora, N.Y./East Aurora HS) and Bowie Sievers '11 (Baltimore, Md./Towson HS) finished third in the 800-yard freestyle relay with a time of 6:54.52. Hamilton has finished third in this event for three straight years.
DeConinck and Sievers earned all-conference honors for the third straight season, and Hogenkamp is all-conference for the second season in a row. It's the first all-conference award for Cyran.
