Hamilton College finished fourth in the four-team Liberty League championships at St. Lawrence University's Newell Field House on Feb. 13.
 
Josh Orndorff '11 captured first place in the shot put, and qualified for the New York State Collegiate Track Conference championships with a mark of 13.81 meters (45-feet-3¾). Orndorff was third in the weight throw with a mark of 13.03 meters (42-feet-9).

James Grebey '12 finished in second place in the 800-meter run and made the cut for the state championships with a time of 1:58.26. Dan Keating '11 took fourth in the same event in 1:59.98. Graham Sadler '13 earned a runner-up finish in the high jump with a height of 1.90 meters (6-feet-2¾).
 
In the 5,000-meter run, Scott Bickard '11 claimed fourth place, recording a time of 15:36.68. In the pole vault, Jimmy Alexis '13 took fourth as he cleared 4.01 meters (13-feet-1¾). Jeff Blackburn '13 was fifth in the triple jump.
 
Hamilton ended up with 62 team points, and Rensselaer captured the team title with 178. The Continentals next compete on Saturday, Feb. 20 at Cornell University's Denault Invitational.
