
Celeste Day Moore, visiting assistant professor of history, presented a paper titled “Soundscapes of Liberation: Radio, Jazz, and the U.S. Military in Postwar France, 1944-1946" on Jan. 5 at the annual meeting of the American Historical Association in New York. The panel was called "Aural Histories: Transnational Approaches to Radio in France and Beyond, 1926-1946."
