Hamilton College's Alex Rimmer '13 (Rye, N.Y./Rye HS) and Sarah Boak '12 (Summit, N.J./Summit HS) have been selected to the 2010 Division III women's soccer East Region all-region team by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.

Rimmer was one of four players voted to the all-region first team at forward, and Boak was one of five defenders on the all-region third team. The all-region honor is the first for both players. A total of 37 athletes made the three all-region teams in the East Region.

Rimmer tied for second in the Liberty League with 11 goals and ranked fourth in the league with 24 points. She was also credited with two assists. Rimmer started all 17 games at forward.

Boak led a defense that allowed 15 goals and posted seven shutouts in 17 games. She started 16 of 17 games in the back.

Hamilton posted an overall record of 10-4-3, and advanced to the second round of the NCAA championship. The Continentals defeated Virginia Wesleyan 1-0 in the first round before they lost to regional host Johns Hopkins. Hamilton tied for third in the Liberty League with 13 points and a 4-2-1 record. The Continentals lost 3-2 in overtime in the semifinals of the league tournament at No. 2 seed Vassar College on Nov. 3.
