Communications Resources at a Glance
Compiled for new employees but useful to anyone working at Hamilton, this list of services and information will help you stay current, promote your news or event, manage website content, and more.
Hamilton News & Publications
We work with you to identify and shape stories that bring your work to life — from news pieces and web content to feature stories.
- To receive a weekly summary of the latest stories by email every Friday, subscribe to the Hamilton News Listserv.
- Members of the Hamilton community, including alumni, parents, employees and students, automatically receive Hamilton Headlines each month, and the Hamilton magazine and Hamilton Extra twice a year.
- Hamilton partners with Merit to publicize students’ achievements. Merit acts as a personal archive of each student’s academic career, showcasing their accomplishments, awards, activities, and more, as well as a news distribution service.
- If you see a photographer or videographer on campus and do not wish for your image to be recorded, politely decline to be included. See Hamilton’s image use policy for more information.
Creative Design & Branding
We design clear, compelling, and materials — both digital and print — that help you communicate effectively with your audiences while following Hamilton’s brand standards.
The College graphic identity is an integral element of our messaging, whether placed on a website, a brochure, a piece of stationery, a uniform, an email message or a sign. When used consistently as a visual component of College communications, it strengthens the recognition of the College and reinforces Hamilton’s history and values.

Authorized senders are designated by the appropriate divisional Vice President and the Vice President of Communications and Marketing. You can join additional groups through Hamilton’s Rapid Identity system.
