While working remotely, you will have many systems and services available to you.
Please note that Blackboard has a 200MB limit for uploading files. For sharing large files please refer to our Google Drive information (see below).

You may need to set up DUO authentication to access certain college systems such as my.hamilton. If your authentication is tied to your office telephone, and not a cellular device, you will need to make changes. Using the documentation from the Resource Center, follow the instructions for "adding a new device." You can also request a key fob for authentication by contacting the Help Desk at 315-859-4181 or firstname.lastname@example.org.

Office 365 - Employees and Students
Employees and students can sign up for Office 365 from Microsoft by using your Hamilton email address to use on your personally owned computer (non-Hamilton barcoded). Office 365 will be available to you for free as long as you are an employee or student at Hamilton College.
