2020-21 Winter Break FAQs
I would like to request a room change for the Spring semester.
I am sorry, we are unable to facilitate room changes at this time. If you are assigned a room for the spring semester, you will need to arrive on campus and move into your assigned room. Once you have completed the quarantine period, if you are still interested in moving to an available room on campus please contact Residential Life and we will arrange a time to meet to discuss potential options.
I want to change my on campus status for the Spring semester, how do I do that?
You can complete the spring intent form again, changing your status. Once you have done that, someone from the Registrar's Office will reach out to you to confirm and discuss next steps with you.
I don’t have a housing assignment because I was going to be remote, but now I am coming to campus. What should I do?
Please use this form to request housing for the spring semester. Please know that our options to place you into housing will be limited. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences, however we may not be able to if the specific room or type of room you’re requesting isn’t available. You will receive your Spring assignment on January 14.
I have decided to complete the Spring semester remotely, or to take a leave of absence, however I left belongings on campus at fall closing and now need to retrieve them. What should I do?
- If you need to return to campus to collect your items, please complete this form to schedule a time to return to campus on January 11, 12, 13, or 14 to collect your belongings.
- If you need to have your items mailed to you at your own expense, please complete this form. Someone will be in touch with you the week of January 11 to discuss arrangements and costs.

How can I change my meal plan for the Spring semester?
You will have an opportunity to change your meal plan during the first two weeks of the semester through your Housing Account. We will send you an email with instructions when this process is live.
