Campus Hazing Transparency Report
The Stop Campus Hazing Act is legislation requiring, among other things, institutions develop and distribute a Campus Hazing Transparency Report and report hazing statistics in the Annual Security Report as required by the Clery Act.
Anti-Hazing Policy & Procedure
- Hamilton College’s Anti-Hazing Policy was adopted and published in September 2025.
- Hamilton College Hazing Transparency Reports: Beginning July 1, 2025, this information will be collected and subsequently published and updated twice a year, once in December and once in July.
- All available Clery data for Hamilton can be found in the Annual Security & Fire Safety Reports.
Reporting Process
Hamilton College takes reports of hazing seriously and encourages anyone to report suspected hazing immediately. All reports will be reviewed and investigated to determine appropriate steps to be taken and to be included in the College’s Campus Hazing Transparency Report. Reports may be made in person, by phone, email, or through our online reporting system:
