This self-paced spin class will focus on the basics of indoor cycling while building the rider's strength and endurance. We will review proper bike setup, correct form and posture, and learn the basic cycling moves. The class will be 30-40 minutes of cycling with additional pre and post-workout stretching. The total class time will be about 45 minutes. This class is open to everyone, especially those new to spinning. Please bring a water bottle and a hand towel.

The Sapere Aude Consortium summer internship program is a six-week program focusing on “rising” juniors” interested in financial services, specifically investment and wealth management. The program is primarily for first-generation college students and children of public servants and is designed to prepare this cohort of students to compete for and gain “rising senior” internships at investment and wealth management firms.
