Noon Yoga with Kristy Caruso
Tuesdays and Thursdays at noon EST

Hatha Yoga is an ancient system of wellness. Both gentle and dynamic postures address every system of the body, while the practice of breath and mindfulness techniques work to restore calm and clarity of mind. Yoga leaves you feeling refreshed, vital and alert. Join in!

The Core with Susie Hamilton
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30 p.m. EST

Participate in The Core, a 30-40 minute class that gets to the core of things. It will start with a short centering, followed by a few minutes of seated breath work, a variation of the six movements of the spine, abdominal work, and end with shavasana and a guided meditation. While it's not a traditional yoga class, a mat might be nice. All are welcome.

High Intensity Interval Training with Regina Johnson
Wednesdays at noon EST

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) with Regina on Zoom. Kick up the intensity of your cardio session with short bursts of intense work, a little rest and a lot of fun! Class “routine” will change randomly so you won’t be bored. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to try this class.

Co-Movement
Fridays at noon EST

Join the co-movement. Co-Movement is the Swiss army knife for health, energy, strength and flexibility. You’ll see movement and health through a different lens with exercises focused on those that our bodies were designed to do. Squats, lunges, push ups, movement riddles, jump rope, core work and many variations that are new to most participants. All levels are welcome. Beginners will find the class enjoyable, yet challenging, advanced abilities will find this class a great recovery session and a chance to learn new methods to enhance physical abilities.
