Registration Information for Reunions '09


PLEASE NOTE: On-campus housing is only available with the purchase of a package.
If you have questions about registration, please call the Office of Alumni Relations 866-729-0314. We'd be happy to talk you through the process or take your registration over the phone.

Before clicking the registration button below, please review the following instructions and read the examples at the bottom of this page:

  1. Log onto your My Hamilton account.
  2. To complete your registration you must select a package.
  3. Check the box by the day you will arrive on campus. (Thursday, Friday or Saturday) and follow steps below to help you determine which package you will need to cover all meals, entertainment, activities and alumni colleges.
  4. If you plan to stay on campus, check the box for on-campus housing. With the package pricing, housing is a flat fee of $100 whether you stay one night or three. Visit our accommodations page if you prefer to stay in an area hotel.
  5. How many people are in your party? Select the single, couple or family package. The family package includes all children under the age of 10 and does not include child attendance at the Saturday class dinner. If your children are older, please contact us at 866-729-0314 or reunions@hamilton.edu for your family package rate. We'll customize to your unique situation.  
  6. Thursday arrival=  Three-Day Package
    Friday arrival=  Two-Day Package
    Saturday arrival=  One-Day Package
  7. Select your Saturday class dinner. There is no additional charge as the price is included in your package.
  8. Class of 1969, your reunion planning committee has organized a special Friday night dinner and boat cruise. Look for those details (only $16 with your two- or three-day Reunion Weekend package).

Example Registrations:
Samuel Kirkland '04 is coming alone and plans to arrive late on Friday. He really wants to stay in his old dorm. He would:
Sarah Smith '89 is arriving on Thursday, with her husband and three children, two children over the age of 10 and an infant. She should:

Alex Hamilton '84 plans to arrive on Friday.  He will be accompanied by his wife and plans to stay in on-campus housing. He would select:
