  • An invitation to embody the asana practice with intention, breath, and movement. Each movement and shape is in alignment with the discipline of arriving on our mats to connect, to practice, to honor and then to let go.  We open the practice with devotion and gratitude, and we close in complete surrender. This skill ignites your metabolism, improves your heart health and stamina, joint health, and increases focus. Jump rope is a great addition to anyone's fitness journey.      Add some variety to your workout by using a weighted bar, hand weights, and step aerobics to alternate strength training and cardio routines. This class is open to all, begins at 12:10 and ends at 12:55 each Wednesday, and is great for employees who are crunched for time. Class ends with toning, abs and stretch. Beginners are welcomed and encouraged to try this class.
