Nancy ThompsonNancy Thompson leads the staff of the Division of Student Life with a focus on student leadership and engagement, intellectual and personal growth, a safe living and learning environment, and community building activities.
Meredith Harper BonhamMeredith Harper Bonham has oversight responsibility for residential life, new student orientation, the first-year program, muticultural affairs and accessibility services, and sexual assault prevention and response. She serves as the College’s Title IX compliance officer, chairs the Hamilton Emergency Response Team, and coordinates the activities of the Harassment and Sexual Misconduct Board.
Carol Drogus, PhDCarol Drogus advises students on non-Hamilton off-campus study programs (approximately 150 worldwide), and works with the Committee on Academic Standing regarding issues related to study abroad and study away.
Allen HarrisonAllen Harrison advises international students, manages the peer mentoring programming for first-generation and multicultural students, and oversees accessibility services. For the latter, he works closely with students and their faculty members to coordinate accommodations for students with disabilities.
Regina JohnsonRegina Johnson provides a broad range of administrative support to the Associate Dean for Health and Safety and the Associate Dean for Multicultural Affairs and Accessibility Services. In addition, she coordinates health insurance for international students as well as assisting them with their immigration documents.
Jeff LandryJeff Landry is responsible for determining the appropriate mechanism for dealing with alleged violations of the Student Code of Conduct, serves as judicial coordinator, and chairs the Bias Incident Response Team (BIRT). Jeff provides oversight and direction for Campus Safety, Counseling and Psychological Services and Student Health Services.
Stephen Orvis, PhDProfessor of Government Stephen Orvis coordinates the academic advising program and serves as a resource for faculty advisors. He chairs the Committee on Academic Standing (CAS), assists students to prepare petitions to the CAS, and administers its decisions. Steve works with faculty and other associate deans to help students resolve a variety of academic issues, and consults with the chair of the Honor Court on cases.
Karen Prentice-DupreyKaren Prentice-Duprey provides a broad range of secretarial and administrative support for the Associate Dean of Students for Academics (including duties for the Committee on Academic Standing and the Honor Court) and for the Associate Dean of Students for Off-Campus Study.
Cindy ReynoldsCindy Reynolds provides administrative support to the Dean of Students and the Senior Associate Dean of Students. In addition, she coordinates student break shuttles and handles communication concerning student health insurance.
