Burke Library at Hamilton College is hosting an Alexander Hamilton exhibit in the library through commencement on May 20. The exhibit, which was part of The Hamilton Conference recently held at the College, presents letters and documents written by Hamilton and borrowed from The Bank of New York. In addition, there are a number of pamphlets from Burke Library collections.
If you want to see Hamilton's lap desk where he wrote his part of the Federalist papers and George Washington's Farewell Address, the record of Hamilton's death and burial, a picture of the pistols used in his duel with Burr, along with other interesting items, stop by the exhibit.
The exhibit will be on display through commencement.
