Executive Director of Major Gifts William Brower ’84 was a panel member in a webinar titled “Improving ROI and Performance in Fundraising” on Feb. 2. Brower, along with Kate Troelstra from Clemson University, discussed ways to increase the effectiveness of development programs. The pair explained their respective schools’ challenges and strengths and shared the strategies, tools and improvements they employed to increase program performance and return on investment (ROI).

The webinar was presented by the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) for higher education development and major gift officers, annual fund managers and information technology directors.
