Cortland, the nation's top-ranked Division III team, improved its record to 11-0 with a 3-0 win over visiting Hamilton. The Red Dragons scored three goals in the final 28 minutes to pull away from a stubborn Continental squad.

Graduate student Dani Innerst (Woolgoolga, Australia) broke a scoreless tie with 27:25 remaining, converting on a lift pass from Senior Robbyn Peterman (Akron). Innerst returned the favor with 20:56 left, setting up a Peterman goal to give Cortland a 2-0 lead. Junior Kristin DiMarzo (Putnam Valley) finished the scoring with 1:15 left, knocking in a loose ball from the top of the circle.

Sophomore Catherine Bodisco Massink (Walton) recorded four saves for her sixth solo shutout. Senior Melissa Hyner (Avon, CT/Taft School) made 22 saves for Hamilton.
