The Social Traditions Committee of Student Assembly sponsored a 12-hour Dance Marathon on April 13-14 to benefit ABC (A Better Chance) House of Clinton. Teams of students collected donations and raised $1475.

ABC is a national program headquartered in New York City that enables motivated students from educationally deprived settings to attend schools that prepare them for college. During the school year eight male students, supervised by resident directors, live together in a house on the Hamilton campus and attend Clinton High School.  Since its inception, Clinton’s A Better Chance program has graduated 70 young men from Clinton High and they have gone on to attend prestigious colleges and universities.
