Should he stay in the race, such a shuffling of priorities may provide a distinct advantage for opponent Hillary Rodham Clinton, according ro Philip Klinkner, associate professor of government at Hamilton College in New York. "In terms of politics in New York, he's got to make politics first, second, third and fourth," he said. "She's continuing to plug away."
