Two Hamilton College football players have been selected to the 2013 USA Football Network Division III Preseason All-America Team.

2013 USA Football Network Division III Preseason All-America Team

James Stanell '14 (Coopersburg, Pa./Palisades HS) is on the third team at running back and wide receiver Joe Jensen '15 (West Windsor, N.J./West Windsor-Plainsboro HS North) is on the honorable mention list. Hamilton's first game this season is against Amherst College at home on Sept. 21.

Stanell was voted to the NESCAC all-conference first team on offense last year. He led the conference with 195 all-purpose yards per game and ranked second with 756 rushing yards. Stanell ran for five touchdowns, caught one for a score and had another on a kick return. He is in fifth place on the program’s career list with 1,619 yards rushing.

Jensen made the NESCAC all-conference second team on offense as a sophomore. He led the conference with an average of 16.2 yards per catch and ranked third with 454 receiving yards. Jensen hauled in one TD catch in each of the team's last five games and finished the year with six.
