o To be considered for a large group reservation, groups must have a minimum of 20 people. Group size cannot exceed 40.
o Once you make your tentative reservation, we will send you additional information regarding the lecture. The Student Activities office will follow up with you the first week of September to get the exact count of your group. At that time you will be sent a confirmation packet which will contain your specific arrival time, the bus/van placard, and detailed information regarding the lecture.
o Your group will be given an arrival time based on your proximity to campus. Local groups will be given the earliest arrival times. If your group does not arrive (within reason) at its assigned time, we cannot guarantee seating for your group.
o The lecture is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. and is expected to last one hour.
To be put on the waiting list for group reservations, please call 859-4529 and have the following information available:
o Contact name and mailing address
o Phone number where contact can be reached in September
o Estimated number of people in group
o Expected mode of transportation (car, van or bus)
o Approximate distance from Clinton, NY (Hamilton College)
We will not access or confirm wait list reservations until early September. At that time you will be contacted by our staff to verify your status.
