HAMILTON COLLEGE HOSTS NONPROFIT CAREER FAIR


Hamilton College, in conjunction with Colgate University, will host a NonProfit Career fair on Tuesday, April 8, at 8 p.m. The fair will be held at Hamilton College, in the Fillius Events Barn, Beinecke Student Village, and is free and open to the general public.

_Represented organizations include: AIDs Community Resource Center, Arts Guild of Old Forge, ARC, Crestwood Children's Center, Good Shepherd Volunteers, Jesuit International

Volunteers, KidsPeace, Laubach Literacy International, Peace Corps, Planned Parenthood, The Bridge, Inc., United Cerebral Palsy and the United Way.

_Gene Roche, former assistant professor of adult education at Syracuse University, will give the keynote address. Roche has taught extensively in the area of volunteer recruitment and management. He currently serves as director of the Hamilton College career center. Following his address, organization representatives will provide information regarding the focus of their organizations, and descriptions of job and/or internship opportunities.
