Hamilton College's Joe Jensen ’15 (West Windsor. N.J./West Windsor-Plainsboro North HS) has been named to the 2014 NESCAC Baseball All-Conference Team.

Complete all-NESCAC team

Jensen was a second-team selection in the outfield. The only Hamilton player to start every game, Jensen led the NESCAC with 23 stolen bases and a .495 on-base percentage. His team-best .398 batting average is third in the conference and he also topped the Continentals in hits (37), runs (23) and walks (16). He made one error in center field and was the team’s lead-off hitter in every game.

In three seasons at Hamilton, Jensen has stolen a school-record 54 bases while batting .310 with 61 runs scored and an on-base percentage of .372 in 84 games.

Jensen is also a member of Hamilton’s football and track & field teams. He was the runner-up in the 400-meter dash at this year’s NCAA Championships and is an all-NESCAC wide receiver who led the conference with 13.9 yards per catch in 2013. Jensen is the only Hamilton athlete to ever be voted to NESCAC all-star teams in two sports.
