Hamilton junior Maggie Hanson was featured in a Utica Observer-Dispatch article (3/31) about her winning the 5,000 meters in the NCAA Division III indoor meet in March.
The article, written by Hamilton alumnus John Pitarresi '70, quotes women's track and cross country coach Ellen Hull as saying,"Her work ethic is unbelievable. She's really driven to do well, whatever it is."
The article also notes that Hanson "does do well, not just on the track, where she has won numerous regional and national honors and owns a handful of school records, but also in the classroom, where she has a 3.7 GPA as a psychology major."
