Frank Campagnano '12 scored a goal and assisted on another to lead Hamilton College to a 3-0 win against visiting Vassar College in a Liberty League game at Love Field on Sept. 26.

Hennie Bosman '13 and Bennett Weinerman '12 added one goal apiece for Hamilton (3-3-1 overall, 1-1-0 Liberty).  Bosman put the Continentals on the board in the 29th minute when he connected on a pass from Campagnano. Bosman's header into the back of the net was his second goal this season.

Weinerman made the score 2-0 just 2 minutes, 41 seconds later when his corner kick sliced into the goal thanks to a strong breeze that was blowing towards the Brewers' goal. That corner was the only one Hamilton took the entire game. Campagnano sealed the victory in the 73rd minute when he dribbled the ball past a Vassar defender and scored his first goal this season.

Eric Boole '13 started in goal and stopped all four shots he faced in 78-plus minutes. Zach Shockley '10 made one save in the final 11 minutes to finish the shutout. Boole lowered his goals against average to 0.49 and raised his save percentage to .909.

The Continentals, who lead the all-time series 15-4-4, held a 19-12 advantage in shots. Vassar took two corner kicks.

Hamilton travels to SUNY Institute of Technology for a non-league game on Sunday, Oct. 4.
